Online Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for all of our eyewear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the eyeglasses within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund.  Simply send us an email with your name, address, and invoice number to info@birdandcage.nyc within seven days of receiving your shipment. As long as you're within our return policy, we'll email you a Return Authorization Number. Always refer to this number when corresponding with us or shipping your merchandise so that we can expedite your return. Please send the eyeglasses in their original condition including cases and cleaning cloths. Return shipping will be at buyer's cost.
